Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  3. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in marketing activities.
  6. Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
  7. Identify opportunities for improving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  9. Manage the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  10. Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
  11. Monitor the marketing budget to ensure all activities are cost-effective.
  12. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and events.
  13. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
  14. Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.
  16. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  17. Train and mentor junior marketing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  18. Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  19. Analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Familiarity with automotive products, terminology, and industry regulations.
  3. Knowledge of social media platforms and emerging digital marketing trends.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Profile description: Skills:

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  7. Providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.

Experience:

  1. Automotive, Consumer Goods.
  2. Marketing strategy, campaign management, market research, branding.
  3. Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  4. Qatar, GCC.

Education:

Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
