The Production Control Clerk is responsible for receiving, recording, assigning and tracking work orders in the government-approved automated system. The Production Control Clerk may assist with supply tracking, preparing records and reports of consumption, quality control, and warehouse management.

**Must have Secret clearance to be considered for this position**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presents a professional image, communicates customer needs, provides problem-solving services, develops cooperative working relationships, coordinates and monitors customer needs, instills cooperative management, and ensures professional performance.
  • Provides polite, cheerful, and prompt customer support to answer trouble calls, enter work orders, and track completion in accordance with the PWS.
  • Follows up with customers and facility managers to ensure problems are completed to satisfaction within two calendar days after work request completion.
  • Notifies USG and customers of scheduled disrupted services and expected downtime due to emergency outages.
  • Assists in obtaining digging permits, welding permits, and confined space entry permits.
  • Assists maintenance workers with supply tracking and receiving as needed to meet work order completion timelines.
  • Provides technical assistance and responses or refers calls to other individuals, as necessary.
  • Follows a comprehensive safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA, and USAF requirements.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter, and trash in all working facilities and areas.
  • Utilizes and safeguards government and contractor provided property (e.g., facilities, equipment, tools).
  • Executes company time reporting procedures accurately and completes timesheets precisely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
  • Work will be primarily indoors but may be outdoors to support events.
  • Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur.
  • Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.
  • Employee must comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations and published Company work rules.
  • Task-specific work environment training will be provided as required.
  • Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U.S. interests.
  • 100% Overseas Assignment.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, Technical or Associates Degree preferred.
  • Must have a current, valid U.S. Passport and Driver's License.
  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of related work experience managing inventory control procedures, business operations, logistics, finance, or mathematics.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, understanding of operation, maintenance, and repair service ticket needs, inventory, supply, and document control experience.
