Job Description

We are currently looking for a Developer, Cards (IST/Switch) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM/POS Switches Environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems.
  • Full knowledge of Payment Schemes regulation and standard on transactions processing and Cards issuance.
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology and support documentation.
  • Data analytic skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Payment related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration (Thales/Eracom).
KEY COMPETENCIES

NCR ATM (mandatory)
  • Experience of ATM state programming in IST compiler.
  • Ability to enhance the existing code to support new transaction types flow.
  • Ability to add new services based on business requirement.
  • Good understanding of NDC and D912 protocols.
IST/Switch (Mandatory)
  • Experience of development to integrate site specific message protocol with IST code Module.
  • Experience in ATM/POS acquiring experience.
  • Ability to identify the root cause from the log warning/error message to isolate the issue.
  • Ability to resolve the issue by using the ATM/POS utility.
  • Expertise in IST/Switch parameters setup.
  • Strong knowledge of EMV and its data attributes and processes involved in personalization and authorization.
  • Experience in implementing Encryption Keys on Hosts, POS Terminals & Payment Schemes (Visa / MasterCard / Diners).
  • Experience in generating keys on-demand and payment schemes key exchange.
  • Experience in working in TSYS, IST hosts Issuing/Acquiring.
  • Well versed with Visa, MasterCard, FIME, ATM test simulators and able to manage End to End testing.
