Nair Systems is currently looking for a Developer, Cards (IST/Switch) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM/POS Switches Environment.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems.
  3. Full knowledge of Payment Schemes regulation and standard on transactions processing and Cards issuance.
  4. Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology and support documentation.
  5. Data analytic skills.
  6. Strong verbal and written skills.
  7. Payment related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration (Thales/Eracom).
  8. Experience of Host and Terminal certification.
  9. New Payment schemes launch experience.
  10. IST/Switch architecture knowledge.
  11. Completed migration project to/from IST/Switch, development and design of the migration.
  12. System Data integrity validation and fixing.
  13. Qatar national switch experience Issuing Acquiring certification (is a Plus).
  14. Global Payment Schemes Issuing and Acquiring certification.
  15. Tokenization implementation and technology understanding.
  16. Chip Cards personalization and requirement of Payment schemes.
  17. Cards financials disputes investigations.
  18. Implementation of PCI-DSS.
  19. Managing planning, Development System Migration with minimum BAU interruption.
  20. Leading and managing a team of developers with distribution of parallel tasks.
  21. Cards Domain accounting, reconciliation and settlement knowledge.
  22. Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, detail-oriented approach.
KEY COMPETENCIES
  1. NCR ATM (mandatory).
  2. Experience of ATM state programming in IST compiler.
  3. Ability to enhance the existing code to support new transaction types flow.
  4. Ability to add new services based on business requirement.
  5. Good understanding of NDC and D912 protocols.
  6. IST/Switch (Mandatory).
  7. Experience of development to integrate site specific message protocol with IST code Module.
  8. Experience in ATM/POS acquiring experience.
  9. Ability to identify the root cause from the log warning/error message to isolate the issue.
  10. Ability to resolve the issue by using the ATM/POS utility.
  11. Expertise in IST/Switch parameters setup.
  12. Knowledge of Data consistency and purging processes.
  13. Knowledge of Tokenization configuration.
  14. Should have good knowledge in ATM/POS configuration and impact.
  15. Should have good knowledge in routing the transaction to various issuers Knowledge in IST SDK API handling.
  16. Should have strong knowledge of various IST/Switch interfaces and be capable of developing new in-house interfaces.
Keys / Simulators
  1. Good Understanding of Encryption Keys Methodologies and Algorithms.
  2. Strong knowledge of HSM its configurations and commands.
  3. Strong knowledge of EMV and its data attributes and processes involved in personalization and authorization.
  4. Experience in implementing Encryption Keys on Hosts, POS Terminals & Payment Schemes (Visa / MasterCard / Diners).
  5. Experience in generating keys on-demand and payment schemes key exchange.
  6. Experience in working in TSYS, IST hosts Issuing/Acquiring.
  7. Well versed with Visa, MasterCard, FIME, ATM test simulators and able to manage End to End testing.
