Job brief:

  • Lead the in-house agency that consists of 4 departments: creative, multimedia, content and digital.
  • Ensure operations are running smoothly internally at the agency and externally with the Business units.
  • The studio manager is crucial in guiding the team to success and achieving the agency's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the agency, setting goals to achieve them.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships to drive agency growth and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and that the agency delivers exceptional service and up to the company standard.
  • Creative Direction: Provide input and oversight on creative and campaign development to ensure high-quality work that aligns with client objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the agency competitive.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact the agency's reputation and success.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on agency performance, using data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture within the agency to drive creativity and efficiency.

Experience required:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role in an agency.
  • Proven creative role with an advertising agency or creative team.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
