Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish an Ethics and Compliance function as the functional lead, reporting to the Chief Audit, Risk and Compliance.
  • Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and increase awareness across the organization through communication and training.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, with emphasis on anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
  • Develop and investigation policy.
  • Manage the Speak Up and Whistleblowing hotline, and conduct all investigations as required.
  • Ensure adherence the Code of Conduct (CoC), including development and improvement to both employee and supplier CoC.
  • Lead the fraud and compliance risk assessment programmes working with ERM.
  • Maintain a strong business rapport with the management in particular with Audit, Risk, HR and Legal.
  • Provide Ethics and Compliance related support to Management as business partner and trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field.
  • Preferably with a CFE and/or CCEP qualification.
  • With exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Significant experience in leading and/or conducting Ethics-related trainings.
  • Must have experience in independently leading ethics investigations and the like
