Overview

The System Completion Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating system completion activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all systems are properly commissioned and handed over in accordance with project requirements. This role involves tracking the completion status of systems, managing related documentation, and coordinating between various departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the system completion process, from commissioning to final handover.
  • Maintain and update system completion records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all systems are commissioned according to project timelines and standards.
  • Interface with project teams, including engineering, construction, and commissioning, to ensure alignment on system completion requirements.
  • Track the status of punch lists and ensure resolution of outstanding items before final handover.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on system completion progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors for system completion verification and sign-off.
  • Ensure all system completion documentation is properly archived and readily accessible for future reference.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory depending on experience.
Certifications / Specialization / IT Skills
  • Proficiency in system completion software tools and document control systems.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
Years Of Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system completion, commissioning, or project handover roles.
Technical Knowledge
  • System Completion Processes: In-depth knowledge of system completion, commissioning, and handover processes, particularly in the oil & gas or construction sectors.
  • Documentation & Punch List Management: Experience with punch list tracking, system turnover packages, and technical documentation related to system completion.
