Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Completion Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractors and among project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed reviews of DC, RFC, RFSU and PHA/HA dossiers from contractors;
  • Establish summary reports to reflect the Systems Completion status;
  • Develop, review and comment on key Systems Completion related project deliverables;
  • Ensure the System completion Database is populated with correct project data;
  • Coordinate the completeness of handover dossier from construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning as well as contractual handover documentations;
  • Report daily activities and work progress to the Hand Over and completion Lead;
  • Participate and provide inputs, resolutions on Completion coordination meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Engineering;
  • Minimum ten years' experience in EPC projects, in both engineering home office and field construction sites, with strong skills in specifications, codes and standards, interpretation of IFC construction drawings, hand over and completion process, computing science and Databases;
  • Experience working in multicultural environments;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Good computer literacy skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
