Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the company's digital media and business solutions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  4. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, and social media engagement.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and service offerings.
  7. Drive lead generation and conversion through various sales and marketing initiatives.
  8. Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing and business development efforts accordingly.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

  1. Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role in the media, digital solutions, or technology sector.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising strategies.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.

Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Additional certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or business development are a plus.

Language and Other Selection Criteria

  1. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an asset.
  2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
