Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the delivery of all aspects of the Commissioning disciplines supporting the EPC Management teams who have the full authority, accountability, and responsibility for safe and successful delivery of EPC scope.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the Contractor Commissioning team and provide oversight and guidance for the delivery of the LQ accommodations.
  3. Provide guidance during detailed engineering for systemization, schedule, and execution philosophies.
  4. Review and approve contractors' detailed execution procedures.
  5. Assist with experience in executing pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
  6. Maximize the onshore scope of work and reduce the offshore requirements for heavy equipment being taken offshore to complete commissioning.
  7. Manage the process for systems completion and commissioning deliverables for inclusion in the EPC packages with the system completion team.
  8. Manage the development and maintain processes and interfaces related to overall Mechanical Completion procedures.
  9. Manage the development and maintain processes and interfaces related to overall Systems Completion procedures.
  10. Manage the development and maintain processes and interfaces related to overall Turnover and Acceptance procedures.
  11. Provide leadership and expertise to Systems Completion disciplines as well as contractors, vendors, and/or engineering subcontractors, as required, to ensure that quality and timing of the engineering and execution deliverables are in accordance with the approved schedule and budget.
  12. Manage timely delivery of all systems completion deliverables.
  13. Manage Systems engineering design in accordance with the project's change management program; develop and steward recovery plans to address any schedule delays, if any.
  14. Manage Systems Completion related activities in respect to engineering execution, including project staff, design tools, including computer hardware and software, adherence to all appropriate specifications, standards and design verification processes, and accurate progress measurement and reporting.
  15. Oversee development of the project systems completion philosophy and associated deliverables coordinating with OPCO.
  16. Accountable for integrating completions of various EPC RFSUs to achieve each complex Facility RFSU.
  17. Work in a project environment to create a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to their best ability every day.
  18. Coordinate complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
  19. Lead by example and demonstrate high integrity in all details while sensitive to multi-cultural differences and effective communications with individuals for whom English is a second language.
  20. Interact effectively with Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to influence without authority.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline is advantageous but not necessary; however, 15 years of Commissioning leadership is a minimum requirement.
  2. 15+ years of experience with 5 years as Commissioning / Completion Manager with overall responsibility for Commissioning preparation & execution. Broad and extensive knowledge in project execution, engineering, and operations.
  3. Experience managing Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS).
  4. Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
  5. Excellent written and spoken English.
  6. Strong organizational, planning, and coordination solving skills.
  7. Strong technical, analytical, and interface skills.
  8. Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  9. Good time management skills.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with system completion management systems.

Salary: Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance

Work Schedule: 10 Hours / 6 Days

Duration: 31 Dec 2026 with possible extension
