Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and optimization of Oracle SCM modules, as well as managing the end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, document, update and maintain Procedures that meet our requirements and policies.
  • Review and approve Application Support Services procedures.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement program that improves Application Support service delivery.
  • Dealing with the user Day-To-Day EBS operation request
  • Dealing with Oracle support in case of application BUGs
  • Test, Evaluate and Implement new technologies according to our Requirements.
  • Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle SCM applications, including but not limited to Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align them with Oracle SCM best practices.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle SCM functionality, advising stakeholders on best practices and system capabilities.
  • Monitor and maintain Oracle SCM applications to ensure high system performance, data integrity, and availability.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Oracle SCM-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and create documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency.
  • Participate in system integration initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and streamline data flow.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle SCM.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SCM modules, with in-depth knowledge of Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning functionalities.
  • Experience in managing SCM projects, including full-cycle implementations and system upgrades.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English & Arabic.

Core Competencies

  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as SQL, PL/SQL, or BI Publisher.
  • Familiarity with supply chain analytics and business intelligence solutions.
