Interior Drafter - As-built Drawings

We are seeking a skilled Interior Drafter to prepare accurate as-built drawings and close-out documentation for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in AutoCAD, have strong site-measurement skills, and understand interior construction, joinery and finishes joinery and finishes. This role ensures that the final drawings reflect exactly what has been built on site, providing the client with a reliable record for handover, operation and future maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As-built Drafting

• Prepare complete as-built drawings including floor plans reflected ceiling plans elevations sections and details that reflect actual site conditions
• Carry out site visits and surveys to measure verify and record installed works
• Update shop drawings and design drawings to show all site changes variations and deviations
• Produce as-built drawings for joinery custom furniture wall and floor finishes ceilings partitions and other interior elements
• Mark and coordinate interfaces with MEP services lighting power points AC grilles access panels as installed

Documentation Coordination

• Coordinate with site engineers supervisors and subcontractors to collect red-line markups and record site changes
• Maintain a clear drawing register with proper revision control throughout the project
• Prepare as-built drawing packages for consultant review respond to comments and resubmit until approval
• Assist in compiling handover documents including O M manuals material schedules and finish schedules
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications client requirements and consultant drafting standards

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior drafting, with proven experience in as-built drawings for fit-out projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, joinery, finishes, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Experience with site measurement and surveying tools (laser meter, etc.).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with site and design teams.
