Head of Contracts – CO2 Sequestration Project

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EPC ITT issuance, execute tendering strategies, and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop robust bid evaluation models for technical and commercial bids.
  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring milestones and contractor obligations are met.
  • Handle claims, variations, and major negotiations with EPC contractors.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Project Management teams to address contractual and legal matters.
  • Facilitate smooth contract transfers to Operations post-project.
  • Drive compliance with project requirements, audits, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, law, or business.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years in contracting, with 5 years in a leadership role managing EPC contracts.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing complex contracting scenarios.
