Are you a skilled Service Engineer with experience in low-voltage (LV) switchgear systems? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and delivering high-quality after-sales support?

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage switchgear systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and maximum uptime.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests, breakdowns, and emergency callouts.
- Prepare technical service reports, inspection records, and maintenance recommendations.
- Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and technical support departments to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct equipment condition assessments and recommend repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and spare parts.
- Deliver operational guidance and maintenance training to customer maintenance teams.
- Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, training materials, and project handover documentation.
- Support factory inspections and audits by providing the required technical documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LV Switchgear systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and respond to emergency service requirements.
