To keep the highest standard of service established for the dining area. Assist the Outlet Manager in the smooth operation of the restaurant/lounge and production of goods and services through the resources available to him/her. Will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service of food and beverage to guests at all times.

You'll be working with a friendly, motivated team who you will recruit and lead with your distinctive style and work with them to develop their full potential and ensure everyone provides genuine heartfelt care to our guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
  2. Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  3. Greets guests upon arrival offering assistance at all times.
  4. Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services supplying information and responding to guest queries.
  5. Maintains awareness of guest profile through Opera guest profile system.
  6. Ensures that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out.
  7. Deals promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with incoming calls.
  8. Handles all messages, mail and packages for guests and staff ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.
  9. Delivers morning newspapers to rooms.
  10. Delivers guest messages and other deliveries immediately without delay in a professional manner.
  11. Maintains the daily function board and Opera notice board.
  12. Suggestively sells Hotel promotion, outlets and facilities at all times.
  13. Regularly checks the lobby area, ensuring it is clean and tidy.
  14. Ensures Concierge desk and store room is clean tidy and well organized.
  15. Receives from the Night Manager Registration cards to be filed and placed in order according to the established procedure.
  16. Establishes, promotes and maintains good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
  17. Maintains regular and effective liaison between other departments with particular emphasis on Front Office.
  18. Cooperates in the performance of any reasonable task requested by company manager, executives or guests.
