Lead Butcher

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Butcher to lead the in-house butchery team and ensure high standards of meat, poultry and seafood preparation in line with the chef's menu.

You will oversee receiving, inspection, storage and rotation of stock, while minimizing waste through proper tool usage and techniques. Strong English communication is required, and 7+ years of hotel/catering experience is expected.
