What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Define and track key social media performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  3. Manage and oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content across all platforms.
  4. Monitor and analyze the success of each social media campaign, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  5. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of digital innovation.
  6. Utilize social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to streamline content scheduling, reporting, and engagement.
  7. Plan and maintain a detailed social media content calendar in coordination with the content and marketing teams.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and partners via social media to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
  9. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on social media performance, including recommendations for optimization and growth.
  10. Conceptualize and execute new social media campaigns and initiatives to achieve maximum engagement and reach.
  11. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  12. Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  13. Engage with followers and respond to queries or concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  14. Implement paid social media strategies, optimizing budget for the best possible ROI.
  15. Support crisis management strategies for social media channels, ensuring appropriate responses during high-pressure situations.
  16. Stay current with social media advertising trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  17. Test and implement new features across platforms (such as Instagram Stories, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates and/or 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  4. Strong understanding of social media management, strategy, and analytics across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  5. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, or others to measure and track performance.
  6. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience with social media advertising, including knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  8. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Proficient in Arabic (speaking and writing), preferably Khaleeji dialect.
  10. Ability to adapt to ever-changing social media landscapes and think creatively to address new challenges.
  11. Experience managing crisis situations or addressing negative feedback on social media.
  12. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
