About The Role

As a Customer Data Platform Manager, you will be performing and delivering data, analytics, and insights activities to support and achieve the Commercial Vision of Analytics and Insights. You will lead other analysts and serve stakeholders up and down the organization. You will be responsible for the development and provision of Customer Data by enriching the platform that the rest of the organization and Business Intelligence teams will leverage for their customer analytics needs.

Other Key Responsibilities Are

  1. Enhancing the platform and working with stakeholders to develop and enrich the data in the Customer Database.
  2. Supporting the strategy of the team by enabling teams to perform analysis on customer behavior and data. Identify drivers of customer experience accurately and measure the impact to the business.
  3. Developing reports, visualizations, and presentations to clearly highlight the actionable insights from data to drive QR Teams' results combined with commercial implications and strategic/tactical recommendations.
  4. Enablement of customer segmentation, micro-segmentations, and personalization for the Commercial organization and beyond (Ground Services, Cabin Services, Catering, etc.).
  5. Establishing Customer Analytics and Insights strategies, objectives, and priorities to align with and support Commercial Vision and objectives.
  6. Developing advanced, flexible, and customized dashboards in order to share customer insights across teams and departments.
  7. Building structure for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting where needed. Manage reporting and analysis needs for the team and stakeholders.
  8. Participating in the development of analytics tools and reporting automation.
  9. Participating where needed working with IT to develop customer data warehouse assets in order to derive actionable data for Customer Insights.
  10. Performing other responsibilities as directed by the Management.

Qualifications

About You

  1. Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  2. Strong SQL and Database Querying skills.
  3. 6+ years of job-related experience.
  4. Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau.
  5. World-class analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities within the data.
  6. Expert ability in Excel.
  7. Advanced ability in data query and manipulation tools (SQL, SAS).
  8. Synthesize business requirements and author clear visualization for senior business users.
  9. Command of English language.
  10. Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  11. Client management skills.
  12. Excellent presentation skills.
