We are seeking a Full-time Senior 2D Graphics Designer with a minimum of 15 years of experience in event collateral design, branding, paper printing materials, advertising campaigns, and proficiency in InDesign, Coral Draw, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in advertising, branding, or event companies and showcase a portfolio for evaluation. Proficiency in maintaining consistent brand identity across platforms, a strong grasp of current design trends, and the ability to create visually stunning collateral designs for events are key attributes. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create high-quality 2D designs, graphics, and branding collateral for various projects, encompassing event branding assets, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and visually striking 2D designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Design event branding assets required for the entire event decoration, translating concepts into visually appealing 2D graphics.
  • Transform designs into detailed export drawings, suitable for printing production purposes.
  • Utilize your expertise in 2D graphics and design software, including InDesign, Coral Draw, Photoshop, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in 2D graphic design, branding, and industry advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers in the realm of 2D graphics, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Work closely with clients and project managers to understand their vision and translate it into captivating and realistic 2D visual representations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production and creative teams, to ensure seamless integration of 2D designs into the overall event production.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in 2D graphic design, specifically in events collaterals, branding, paper printing material, advertising campaigns, hand drawing sketches, and storyboards.
  • Proficiency in Color and design fundamentals, Digital imaging and illustration, Logo and visual identity, Package design, Print layouts and publication, Spatial dynamics, and Typography.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 2D graphic design software, including but not limited to InDesign, Coral Draw, Photoshop, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually stunning 2D designs & branding collateral.
  • Experience in the design, creation, and implementation of event branding assets, ensuring they align with the overall event decoration.
  • Proven track record of transforming conceptual ideas into graphic designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of 2D graphic design technologies and tools, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent English language communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients in a creative environment.
