Roles and responsibilities

Lead the development of visual content for the Food & Grocery vertical, from concept to final deliverables.
Develop strategic creative concepts for large-scale campaigns and special projects.
Manage the design process and distribute tasks among Middle and Junior Designers.
Conduct workshops, train the team, and improve the design quality within the company.
Maintain and enhance the unique visual style of the vertical within Snoonu's brand framework.
Collaborate with external contractors and participate in production processes, including photoshoots.
Create guidelines and design libraries for internal teams and contractors.
Lead Design Projects:

Take ownership of large design projects from concept through execution, ensuring the designs meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
Lead brainstorming sessions and design workshops to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for campaigns and branding.
Mentor Junior Designers:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them improve their skills and grow professionally.
Offer constructive feedback and review design work to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with the marketing, product, content, and web development teams to produce designs that support overall brand and campaign goals.
Ensure design materials align with overall marketing strategies, customer personas, and business objectives.
Brand Development and Maintenance:

Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across all design materials and media.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity and assist in the development of design systems that maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Create Engaging Digital and Print Content:

Design high-quality digital assets (e.g., website elements, social media content, emails, digital ads) and print materials (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers) that are visually engaging and meet marketing objectives.
Work on design initiatives for both static and motion graphics (such as video animations and GIFs).
Maintain Quality Control:

Ensure all design outputs are of the highest quality and are technically optimized for their intended platform (e.g., print quality, web-optimized files, etc.).
Review final deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before submission.

Desired candidate profile
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years as a Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and experience in print production.
  • Strong skills in photo retouching and compositing.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of branding, packaging, and digital design for FMCG and e-commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or similar, with prompt-writing expertise.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to inspire the team, and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international brands.
  • Skills in 3D graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of trends in Food & Grocery and e-commerce design.
