We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts and execute impactful marketing campaigns. As the key driver of our marketing strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies, conducting market research, and tailoring product messaging throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with the product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts effectively communicate our value proposition, drive product adoption, and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and an executor who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities
  1. Create, implement, and own effective marketing and branding strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Perform in-depth market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  3. Be a hands-on leader who actively drives marketing initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring all activities are aligned with our strategic goals.
  4. Leverage market research and customer insights to influence product development and strategy, ensuring our products meet market needs and stand out from the competition.
  5. Develop compelling product messaging and positioning for different stages of the customer journey, from attracting new audiences to driving conversions and retaining customers.
  6. Plan, create, and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event marketing, to drive product awareness, engagement, and growth.
  7. Continuously track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and maximize ROI.
  8. Collect and analyze data on customer behaviors, market trends, and competitor products to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  9. Identify and define target audiences, their needs, and pain points, and ensure that all marketing efforts effectively address these areas.
  10. Work closely with product, sales, finance, and other teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategy.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all marketing channels, including digital platforms, events, and content.
  12. Own marketing efforts to increase product adoption, revenue growth, and overall financial impact, ensuring alignment across all relevant departments.
  13. Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing activities, making strategic decisions that directly impact product success and business growth.
  14. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and apply innovative approaches to improve marketing effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar concentration is preferred.
  2. At least six years of experience in the marketing field, with at least three years in a product marketing manager role.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Strong knowledge of big data, analytics platforms, and digital infrastructure is a bonus.
  5. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, content marketing, and demand generation.
  7. Experience using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., monday.com, Wrike).
  8. Product Management courses to deepen understanding of the product lifecycle.
  9. Leadership courses to enhance team leadership and management skills.
  10. Product Marketing Manager certifications (e.g., from the American Marketing Association or other recognized bodies).
  11. Ongoing education through e-learning platforms such as Udemy.
