We're looking for an AI Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Java, React) to join our team in Doha, Qatar in an onsite working mode. This role focuses on enabling AI-assisted delivery by implementing cutting-edge solutions, driving adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD), and integrating agentic AI capabilities in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders. Your work will have a direct impact on accelerating software engineering productivity, ensuring reliability, and embedding responsible AI practices into enterprise-grade systems.
ResponsibilitiesContribute to AI architectures, ensuring pragmatic integration of RAG, agents, and automation into microservices and enterprise platformsImplement and embed Spec-Driven Development (SDD) templates and governance into delivery workflowsBuild and maintain agentic AI use cases and implement guardrails for responsible AI adoptionDeliver production-grade AI integrations, including LLMs, retrieval, and embeddings within Java/Spring Boot servicesEnsure observability, version management, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specsDeploy and operate solutions on AKS and Azure environments with best practices for stability and securityAssist with KPI tracking related to AI-enabled delivery for adoption, quality, and risk managementShare knowledge through playbooks, training, and mentoring across engineering teamsImplement security, data handling controls, and responsible AI constraints in production environmentsRequirements5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservicesExperience with ReactStrong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, databases (preferably Oracle/PLSQL), Kafka, and Git-based workflows1–2+ years of experience in LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, or agentic systems in production or enterprise pilotsUnderstanding of Spec-Driven Development concepts and governance practicesExperience with Azure services (AKS, Web Apps) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)Familiarity with LLM providers, prompt engineering, and techniques for evaluation and testingStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teamsNice to havePractical experience applying SDD in enterprise-level projectsKnowledge of implementing observability in AI pipelines and secure rolloutsWe offerPrivate healthcare and life insuranceEnd of service gratuityAnnual air travel tickets for expatriatesCorporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses
