Welcome guests, manage spa appointments and reservations, handle inquiries and payments, and support daily spa operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or front office roles preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
