We’re looking for partner psychologists in Qatar
We’re a mental health platform expanding our network in Qatar. We connect employees of our client companies with psychologists for online, evidence-based support. If you want to grow a flexible practice alongside your current work, read on.
What you'd do
Provide online consultations to employees whose companies partner with teale, on the slots you choose to open. Mostly brief, goal-oriented, evidence-based work, with full clinical ownership of your sessions.
We're looking for
- A psychology degree and an active Clinical Psychologist license from the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH – Department of Healthcare Professions, formerly QCHP).
- 3+ years of clinical practice and broad, autonomous clinical judgment.
- Solid grounding in evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, IPT).
- Confidence managing clinical risk online, including suicidal ideation: assessment, safety planning, and escalation to local services.
- Consultations in Arabic and/or English.
- Comfort with teleconsultation.
A plus
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, or in another language widely spoken in Qatar (e.g. Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog).
- Crisis or post-trauma expertise.
- In-person sessions in Doha (online is essential, in-person a bonus).
How the partnership works
- Confidential by design: teale never reports individual usage to employers. What happens in your sessions stays between you and your client.
- Your practice: you set your availability, pace, and methods. We provide clients, booking and video tool.
- Clients come to you: people book directly into your open slots.
- Freelance: you invoice teale monthly for the sessions you've conducted.
More than a platform
Our partners often tell us what sets teale apart is how human the collaboration feels. You join a real community of psychologists who share cases, methods, and support.
