Restaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and managing the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and ordering supplies
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints
• Train and develop staff to uphold high standards of service and food quality
• Create schedules for employees and manage payroll
• Monitor and maintain budgetary goals and ensure profitability of the restaurant
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, performance, and any issues that arise
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
• Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profitability goals
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
