Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar
Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department in our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional housekeeping services while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and smooth operations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for housekeeping tasks
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, such as occupancy rates and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of service
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel environment
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1100$ per month
