Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef
• Strong knowledge and experience in cooking a variety of Indian dishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare traditional and modern Indian dishes
• Plan menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
• Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all dishes served
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
• Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area

Salary $1100month tax-free + accommodation + transportation + medical insurance
