Safety Planner

We are looking for an experienced Safety Planner to join our Oil & Gas operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting a strong safety culture across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities
• Coordinate with Safety Technicians to ensure timely execution of PM tasks
• Monitor and track performance measures related to maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using SAP and other business systems
• Support audits and inspections related to safety readiness

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Oil & Gas field
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Technical Planner/Scheduler
• Strong understanding of Safety Technician roles & responsibilities

Skills:

• Computer literate, with knowledge of SAP and common business software applications
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Good understanding of the working and correct usage of different types of safety equipment
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Adaptable to multinational, multicultural work environments
