Outdoor Sales Executive

Key Functions:
- Visit potential customers for new business.
- Extensive knowledge about Qatar market and new market trends.
- Provide customers with quotations, negotiate & explain the terms of Rental Agreements/Lease contracts.
- Full knowledge of the vehicles available on the ready list.
- Responsible for generating a weekly report on the client visits made (target is 3-4 /day for idle clients) as well as calls made to the clients.
- To work as a team with the Sales Administrator, other sales staff & the Business Development Executive by sharing the necessary information pertaining to the job which contributes more to the self-success & success of peers.
- To develop & maintain an extensive customer database.
- Responsible for individual sales targets.
- To maintain relationship with the clients by providing guidance & service to the best of their satisfaction.
- To investigate any disputes with the customer whether minor or major.
- Recommending the best car lease/rental solutions.
- Responsible for generating various reports to the top management by collecting & analyzing information.
- Responsible for identifying new sales strategies/leads to diversify the company's presence in the market.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments of the company that help to improve the quality of service to meet the growing customer needs.
- Monitor the nature of customer complaints & conduct a study on where it could be reduced.
Role eligibility requirements:
- Good communication skills. Arabic preferred.
- Punctuality and ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Excellent customer service skills.
