Sales Executive position is responsible for do visits in the market to have new customers. In addition, handling existing enterprise customers. Convert new customers to existing and focus to get leads from existing customers to increase market share.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Customer Management and Relationship Building
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise customers to ensure customer retention.
  3. Conduct regular visits to accounts based on revenue performance to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  5. Collect feedback from customers to improve service offerings and identify additional needs.

Sales and Market Development:

  1. Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the customer base.
  2. Generate leads from existing customers and other sources to increase market share.
  3. Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward sales targets.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of service lines and boost overall sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the telecom or related sales field.
  3. Proven experience with outdoor sales.
