Recruit Training Command (RTC), Naval Station Great Lakes, IL.

Description:

Liberty is seeking a Curriculum Developer to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of academic instructional materials used within the Future Sailor Preparatory Course. The Curriculum Developer also supports instructor readiness, academic performance analysis, and classroom instruction as required.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain lesson plans, test plans, presentations, student materials, and instructor guides.
• Support curriculum revision and update activities based on program needs and Government feedback.
• Analyze student academic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with development of tests, quizzes, and instructional materials.
• Support instructor onboarding, training, certification, and coaching activities.
• Observe instructional delivery and provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness.
• Participate in curriculum review meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure instructional materials remain current and aligned with approved Government requirements.
• Provide classroom instruction, tutoring, and study hall support as required.
• Maintain curriculum documentation and records in accordance with contract requirements.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics education, reading education, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years of experience in adult or young-adult education. Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, assessment development, academic analysis, and instructor development preferred.

Clearance Required:

Secret security clearance required
