Demands for the candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in an executive chef or corporate chef position
• Culinary education from a recognized institution
• Advanced knowledge in classical cooking techniques
• Experience with Western, Mediterranean and Asian foods
• Proficiency in quality control and food presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
