Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments and professional grooming services to international guests
• Provide personalized consultations and recommend appropriate skincare and grooming products
• Maintain exceptional luxury service standards aligned with Dior Spa protocols
• Build long‑term guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
• Perform beard trimming, shaving, skincare treatments, and relaxation therapies to premium standards
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of treatment rooms and grooming stations
• Maintain adequate stock of beauty products, linen, and operational supplies
• Follow spa operating procedures and safety policies at all timesUpdate guest profiles and customize services based on individual needs and contraindications
• Support retail sales by offering tailored aftercare advice

Ideal Profile

• High School qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year of experience
• Recognized diploma in massage therapy, barbering, or beauty therapy
• Experience in luxury spa, premium salon, or high‑end hospitality environments preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural airport environment
