Key Responsibilities

• Manage PLC systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and industrial power circuits
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC‑based systems, industrial wiring, motors, and drives
• Maintain electrical and control systems in accordance with plant standards
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and operational regulations
• Monitor and assist in operating plant equipment when required
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues promptly
• Support smooth plant operations by resolving electrical faults efficiently

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 10 years of industrial electrical experience
• Strong expertise in PLC, motor control, drives, and electrical troubleshooting
• Experience working in cement plants or heavy industrial environments is an advantage
• Solid understanding of safety standards, lockout procedures, and electrical regulations
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
