Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across food and beverage retail supermarkets automotive and healthcare in DohaGenerate new leads through cold calls walk-in visits WhatsApp email and referrals
- Book and attend meetings with business owners and marketing managers independently or with a founder
- Understand each prospect s goals and recommend the right mix of our services
- Sales and closing
- Present our portfolio and service packages clearly and confidently
- Prepare proposals and quotations using our approved rate card
- Negotiate within agreed pricing and close monthly plans and projects
- Follow up every lead consistently until a clear decision is reached
- Client relationships
- Manage the handover of new clients to the production team including the onboarding checklist
- Remain the commercial point of contact for the accounts you bring in
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities with existing clients
- Collect testimonials and referrals from satisfied clients
- Pipeline and reporting
- Keep an accurate up-to‑date record of every lead meeting and deal
- Report weekly on activity pipeline and closed revenue
- Meet agreed monthly targets for meetings booked and deals closed
- Share market feedback competitor activity and pricing insights with the team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written
- Based in Doha
- Valid Qatar driving licence; own car preferred
- Confident with cold calling and walk-in visits
- Strong presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Organised, self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and standard office tools
Preferred
- Experience selling advertising, media, marketing or digital services
- An existing network among restaurants, cafés, supermarkets or retailers in Doha
- A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media marketing
- Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
