Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers to produce visually appealing and effective designs
- Develop concepts and visual strategies for various projects including print materials digital media and advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Review final designs to ensure accuracy and quality before production or publication
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects in various mediums
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent leadership communication and time management skills
