Head of Talent Acquisition, Property Industry

Qataryello is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment agenda for our property-sector organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into hiring plans, design targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure high-calibre hires across all functions.

You will build and mentor a capable TA team, implement compliant processes, monitor hiring metrics, and optimise candidate experience.
