Salary: 1300 QAR / Month

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Teacher to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of an engaging curriculum to students of all ages. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the subject matter and a passion for teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. A creative approach to teaching is essential in addition to excellent classroom management skills. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field plus relevant teaching experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and student needs
• Create an inspiring learning environment that encourages student participation
• Provide individualized instruction based on each student's unique abilities
• Assess student performance using effective techniques such as tests, quizzes, assignments, projects etc.
• Monitor student progress on an ongoing basis and provide feedback as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• At least two years of teaching experience at the primary or secondary level
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Creative approach to teaching
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
