Administrative Coordinator
We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position involves providing administrative support to our company's operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. Our company values diversity and welcomes candidates of all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails, forwarding messages as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred
