Location: Doha, Qatar

Preference: Candidates currently residing in Doha with transferable visa/NOC (if applicable) will be given priority.

Manage and oversee payroll processing and WPS compliance to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Maintain and control the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit processes.
Supervise General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience, including experience in a senior accounting role.
Strong hands-on experience with: Payroll & WPS, Month-End Closing, Fixed Assets Accounting, General Ledger & Financial Reporting, Advanced SAP ERP user (FI/CO preferred).
Expert-level Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
GCC experience is highly preferred.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
