Company Site Representative

Your Tasks

1. To adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE and to implement HSSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
2. To liaise with other interface engineers, all discipline engineers involved in the management of the project, and with contractor personnel handling technical design and interfaces. The job holder shall also make sure that non-contractual obligations are properly addressed by the EPC contractor.
3. To manage the civils/telecoms and interface contractor on site.
4. To organize and/or attend technical interface meetings as necessary.
5. To ensure consistency and correct design compliance both under the area of responsibility and with other areas during the various phases of EPC detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and animate dedicated transverse technical, schedule, and cost coordination between packages as required to ensure all requirements for EPC activities are complied with.
6. To ensure timely review of documentation by Company interfaces to identify clashes/conflicts.
7. To liaise with design engineers for IOC technology for scope to combine with the other Project elements.
8. To follow up post FEED and EPCIC phases the progress studies with HSEQ to ensure issuance of Consent to Construct certificate in due time to allow installation of the onshore cable.
9. To review the EPCIC contractor SOW.
10. To manage technical communication interface with Other Operators during end of FEED and EPCIC phases.
11. To fully develop a relationship with site and government entities for formal approvals of Company scope within site and beyond.
12. To put in place agreements with Other Company and government entities before the start of FEED and/or EXECUTE phase.
13. To follow up 3rd party interfaces (i.e., Logistics) during FEED and EPCIC phases.
14. To attend all interface-related meetings, including in particular interface workshops, HAZID/HAZOP meetings, meetings with Contractor(s), etc., in order to ensure the permanent control of the battery limits.
15. To organize, control, and follow up processes to have all deliverables timely issued by contractors for all interfaces, and to control the quality of these deliverables during FEED and EPCIC phases.
16. To assist EPCIC Contractor(s), as required, in the closing out of interfaces. To expedite the exchange of Interface Task Sheets involving Contractor(s) as necessary.
17. To ensure that EPCIC Contractors provide proper reporting of the progress of their interfaces activities and ensure subsequently report on progress of interface management process implementation to the Project Manager and refer to him in the event of any deviation or conflict with proposed remedial actions.
18. To avoid change orders and delays caused by interface issues by ensuring timely follow-up of interfaces during FEED and EPCIC phases. To anticipate problems and work together with Contractor(s), Engineering Manager, and as a general manner with all discipline Engineers, to propose technical solutions.
19. To liaise with the project team and discipline engineers on all interface matters and/or help expedite the development of the design process between Contractors during FEED and EPCIC execution phase.
20. To liaise with the Document Control team to assist in the consolidation of the technical review records for all project packages.
21. When necessary, participate in monitoring interfaces between different subcontractors of a main EPCIC contractor.
22. To resolve and chase Technical Queries and Derogations Requests in liaison with discipline engineers and Company Technical Reference Persons.
23. To timely report to the Package Lead, highlighting progress and areas of concern encountered in the performance of his duties.
24. To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced (whatever its support).
25. To ensure technical coordination between packages and in close coordination with Package Manager and Engineering Leads.
26. To ensure/close follow-up of DER/TQ/SCN and the like during project execution in close coordination with MP Head QA/QC.
27. Ensure readiness for all internal/external audits required (PR, Third parties, Partners).
28. Deputize the Package Lead and Project Managers upon request on project management matters during project execution.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor or master's in engineering in a relevant discipline [CIVIL].
2. Professional Experience in Engineering/interface and Project Management (years): 10.
3. Large spectrum of skill and competencies in various engineering disciplines and/or in Interface Management.
4. A good knowledge of Contractual matters would be necessary and a good knowledge of Well Head Platforms Projects and Operations would be a plus.
5. Languages: English mandatory.
6. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards and PLIC/Ooredoo working practices.
7. H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings useful.
