Reporting to the Construction Lead Subsea Structure, the Subsea Structure Construction Vessel (CV) CSR (Company Site Representative) is responsible for all Offshore Subsea Structure Installation works and acts as the Company Representative for execution and acceptance of the offshore subsea structure installation works on behalf of the NFXP Offshore Project.

The CSR has to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule and that all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards applicable.

Must be able to execute work Offshore on a rotational basis.

Interfaces with Marine Warranty Surveyor and COMPANY Marine.

Leads all subsea structure Installation requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.

Accountable for subsea structure work for the NFXP Offshore Project and liaises with the Fabrication contractor.

Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to induce collaboration.

Your Tasks
  1. As Offshore Company Site Representative, manage the offshore works on the subsea structure construction vessel on behalf of COMPANY to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, schedule, to the correct quality level, and ensure technical interfaces with Project PMT, Site PMT, MWS, and contractors are managed effectively.
  2. Act as the focal point at site for implementing safety leadership and safe execution of the work and assist the Construction Lead Subsea Structure in executing the Project scope.
  3. Attend Hazid/Risk Assessment/project technical review sessions as instructed with COMPANY, CONTRACTOR/SUB-CONTRACTOR.
  4. Inspect and audit all marine vessels, including vessel suitability for work scope(s), involved in the subsea structure installation pipelay works and liaise with the Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS).
  5. Verify operational status of subsea structure installation pipelay equipment, vessels, and personnel on a day-to-day basis involved in the field works performed.
  6. Support external interfaces with RLC, other operators, and schedule and arrange technical support to shareholders as requested.
  7. Set up and manage daily meetings with COMPANY field personnel, CONTRACTOR/SUB-CONTRACTOR, and call specific 'ad hoc' meetings as required.
  8. Assess and audit contractors' documentation regarding HSES, QA/QC, Marine, Environmental, and Project Execution.
  9. Review contractor installation works to ensure contractor design documents and other submittals are correct and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements.
  10. Ensure technical aspects of the Risk Management Plan are managed effectively and review and approve design changes, coordinate all changes to installation specifications and exceptions in accordance with the Project Management of Change (PMOC) processes.
  11. Ensure close coordination within COMPANY project team on all engineering, method of statement, constructability, and installation matters.
Your Profile
  1. Engineering Degree or relevant on-the-job experience.
  2. Extensive Offshore experience in a Supervisory Role.
  3. Required to have offshore survival certificate and be able to pass an offshore medical evaluation.
  4. OPITO certification (H2S and T-BOSIET) is considered a plus.
  5. Recommended 10+ years of experience in discipline with at least 8 years demonstrated senior construction/installation experience in major capital projects.
  6. Offshore experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
  7. Worldwide experience with contractors, particularly those involved in Offshore LNG production facilities.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
  9. Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
  10. A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  11. Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
  12. Ability to work on or be based on a platform or vessel.
