Role Overview

Looking for an NCR ATM Operations Consultant with experience in ATM operations support, incident analysis, ticket management, and deployment support. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring ATM operations, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with NCR support teams, and supporting production releases and patches.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis of ATM-related issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support.
• Support ATM operations and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes.
• Collect and share logs, findings, and incident details with NCR support teams.
• Complete assigned technical requests.
• Support day-to-day operations and management of the ATM network.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ATM Operations Support.
• Experience with NCR ATM systems and software support.
• Knowledge of incident management and ticketing processes.
• Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ATM network operations and support.
• Experience supporting production releases, patches, and system upgrades.
• Good understanding of banking or financial services environments.
