Responsibilities
  1. Providing oversight and support for facility and utility system projects.
  2. Overseeing contractors involved with repairs or projects to ensure they meet client's expectations regarding quality of workmanship, safety, etc., along with ensuring compliance with the Safety Policy.
  3. Managing the preventive maintenance and on-demand repair programs for all facility and utility equipment (this includes, but is not limited to Air Compressors, Backup Generators, HVAC, and Refrigeration Equipment), ensuring timely resolution and compliance with standard procedures and expectations.
  4. Overseeing the cleaning contractors and resolving any issues associated with the general upkeep of the facility.
  5. Communicating any facility-related issues that are the responsibility of the client and ensuring timely resolution.
  6. Establishing and maintaining departmental SOPs, PM Task Lists, Forms, and Attachments, and ensuring compliance with the company's documentation process.
  7. Ensuring that documentation for maintenance actions taken is in compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  8. Communicating equipment and facility issues with department managers, supervisors, and operators regarding Facility maintenance actions.
  9. Ensuring compliance to KHARA.
Qualifications

Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college.

Experience: 8 years of related maintenance work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of all MEP systems, activities, and processes.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Able to work under pressure and along with groups of people to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Self-motivated with skills to motivate others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
