Preference: Qatar Resident

Responsibilities:
  1. Support sales teams by ensuring best practices in relation to sales processes, working closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Sales Leaders through communication & training.
  2. Manage the full onboarding process of clients and partners, including AML, KYC, and onboarding processes, working at scale & pace to ensure success. Draft contracts and KYC forms, ensure they are signed by an authorized person and archived during the onboarding process.
  3. Promptly solve complex merchants' feedback, complaints, disputes, and other actionable data to the relevant internal/external stakeholders for timely resolution and maximizing satisfaction.
  4. Ensure delivery of a consistent customer service experience to the assigned merchants and e-commerce customers within the parameters set by MyFatoorah.
  5. Support the finance and compliance department in document requests, chargeback, or fraud management; mediate and coordinate with the vendors.
  6. Renew contracts prior to the expiration of minimum/current terms.
  7. Keep vendors' documents updated in the MyFatoorah portal.
  8. Improve and unify existing processes and create new processes for successful and compliant customer onboarding.
  9. Gather market and customer information.
  10. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
