We seek a Business Analyst - Client Engagement to play a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers and senior management by developing an analytics engine, optimizing key client processes, and driving automation initiatives within the Private Wealth function.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, including investment management, finance, and middle and back-office teams, to ensure seamless client service operations, reporting enhancements, and investment placement coordination.

  • Develop an analytics engine to track and analyze RMs and client activities, including metrics such as client calls, cross-selling, historical churn rates, investor participation levels, placement velocity, and client segmentation.
  • Analyze call reports periodically, identify patterns, gaps, and areas of focus, and communicate them to RMs for better decision making.
  • Enhance key processes, including prospecting, account allocation, account planning, objective setting, KYC, and client onboarding.
  • Work closely with RMs and senior management to refine and institutionalize best practices for client engagement and reporting.
