Responsibilities • Provide Businesssubject matter expertise in the field of Record to Report to leadthe process design and requirements definition for the program.• Participate and provide input in various workshops todevelop detailed business processes for Record to Report and reviewthem with stakeholders until they are approved by the authorizedpersons. • Provide insight and recommendations from afunctional and systems perspective on the design of a short- andlong-term solution. • Conduct review sessions to assessthe alignment of the solution design to the business requirements.• Support the design of the unified process by activelyparticipating and providing input towards business workshops.• Reviews and assures your respective business processesand ensures the appropriate governance is in place to managedeviations from the unified processes. • Reviews andassures the Functional Requirements Specification and RequirementsTraceability Matrix. • Identifies areas of clarificationand questions ahead of workshops. • Identifies anddocuments requirement gaps. • Participates to workshopsand clarify questions around integration points and support withthe development of business requirements. • Conductsreview sessions with Business Owners to assess the alignment of thesolution design to the business requirements. •Participates to workshops to review new requirements(customizations) to determine whether they are acceptable.• Reviews business design deliverables from the documentfindings Education and Qualifications • 7 – 8years of Functional Management Experience • Experience indoing business process analysis, system design and implementation,process design work. • Understanding of touchpoints withdifferent business cycles like acquire to retire, record to reportetc. • Various aspects of the process like businessprocess controls, reporting requirements, authorizationconsideration, availability of data are analyzed thoroughly whilefinalizing the design in the system. • Sound capability toclearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences •Proven track record of business improvement •Understanding of functional areas and/or products associated withspecific initiative. • Ability to drive change managementwork stream in a project context with limited guidance. •University degree
