Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience in businessdevelopment sales or account management within the staffing andrecruitment industry.
- Strongunderstanding of Qatars labor market business landscape andregulatory requirements.
- Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
- Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain relationships with clients andstakeholders.
- Resultsorientedmindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and drivingrevenue growth.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce ZohoCRM).
- Valid drivers license andwillingness to travel asneeded.
Strong understanding of international recruitment processes,including visa requirements and compliance regulations. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engagewith diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills andattention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitmentsoftware/systems. Fluency in additional languages may beadvantageous, depending on the target recruitmentmarkets.
