The VIPservice begins the moment you arrive at the specially reservedreception desk on the private Fairmont Gold floor. What you will bedoing: Manage all aspects of the Fairmont Gold Experience andensure all service standards are followed with friendly andengaging service Handle guest concerns and react quickly, trackingand notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for ourguests Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yieldmanagement meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon RevenueManagement strategies and practices Weekly reporting of departmentlabor hours in accordance with forecast and budget Monthlyreporting of Fairmont Gold expenditures, profit and lossstatements, and upsell revenue Track and forecast daily, weekly andmonthly Fairmont Gold occupancy levels and plan the department andstaffing accordingly Work with the Executive Chef and Culinary Teamto determine the Fairmont Gold Lounge menu presentation Handleguest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying properareas Develop department onboarding program and train all FairmontGold colleagues Develop and maintain strong guest relationships toensure brand loyalty Provide exceptional Concierge information toour guests about local and area attractions Other duties asassigned Your experience and skills include: Service focusedpersonality is essential and previous leadership experiencerequired Prior experience working with Opera or a related systemExperience working in a Food & Beverage setting Provenability to build and maintain good relationships with allstakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunitiesclearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example,believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for highperformance
