Cluster Sales Executive

As Sales Executive, you will analyse localmarket trends and competitor activity to generate new futurebusiness for the hotel. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards: •Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identifynew business leads • Develop customer accounts and travelwithin the local area to drive business into the specifichotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenuestreams • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporateclients • Develop and implement creative local marketingchannels, including social media channels • Preparecompany contracts for the hotel in accordance with current businessand pricing conditions • Work within current businessstrategies and recognising potential opportunities •Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create anexceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive salesprograms • Attend Sales events, as required •Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of theSales Director and senior management to include the reporting ofappointments, calls made and business leads • Answercustomer queries in a prompt and professional manner What are welooking for?
